August 2022 Newsletter

We have experienced a recent increase in requests for our Drug and Alcohol Testing Services as many organisations, that put their testing programmes on hold during 2020 and 2021 due to Covid 19, have decided to restart / catch up on testing. Others are addressing the issue for the first time due to increased awareness of employee health, safety and wellbeing whilst also recognising the importance of preventing inappropriate workplace behaviour.

Therefore we believe it is timely to remind all of our customers and contacts about the ways in which we can help you safeguard your employees and organisation from the harmful impact of drugs and alcohol in the workplace:

  • Development, review and revision of your Drug and Alcohol Policy
  • Screening by oral fluid rapid test, urine rapid test and electronic breathalyser
  • Laboratory analysis of non-negative confirmation samples (chain of custody preserved)
  • Training of team members to conduct in house testing
  • Supply of testing products and equipment
  • Random unannounced testing
  • Routine planned screening
  • Pre Employment (New Starter) testing
  • Rapid response (2 to 3 hours) for cause testing
  • Ongoing support for those employees who may be struggling with drug or alcohol dependence or misuse
