Management Referrals

Our Management Referral and Case Management service is ideal for dealing with specific health and wellbeing issues which might be affecting attendance, performance, conduct or safety at work. As part of an organisation’s proactive management policies, a referral can be made in writing, following discussion with the individual employee, using our proforma to outline the main concerns and questions to be explored. A comprehensive consultation and assessment is undertaken and clear and relevant advice is provided in a written report. In some cases referrals to allied health professionals such as physiotherapists are made and in some instances we need to request reports from the employee’s GP or Hospital Consultant.
